James L. Quinn, Jr.
Biographical Information
James Quinn is a senior technical manager and international security expert. He holds a current CISSP certification and has extensive experience in information security, privacy, and management. His background includes twenty years experience with corporate and government security information infrastructure planning, design, implementation and operations. He has managed and participated in a full range of projects with emphasis on planning and designing information security and privacy solutions for large government and corporate customers. Mr. Quinn possesses excellent documentation and interpersonal communication skills. He has performed numerous security assessments and strategic-level consulting to large organizations on the management of both physical and information security programs, including policies and procedures, network security, security operations, forensics, and investigations. Mr. Quinn has extensive overseas experience, including more than 15 years living and doing business in Europe.
